Jack has ten years experience in the food & drink world, including a spell owning and running his specialty café,A Stór, in Dublin city centre. Over this time he has honed his skills behind the counter and in the kitchen, and can prepare and present a variety of dishes and drinks. He is particularly expert in knowing how certain specialty drinks should look, and how various liquids interact with each other, a unique skill which sets Jack apart.
